Excellent credit and big down payment but they jerked us around so we would just pay what ever they wanted because we were tired of being there. We left and went to Larry Miller Subaru and it was so much better. I would never recommend Treasure Valley Subaru to anyone. They play games and give you the run around. I prefer honest upfront people when buying a car.

He was incredibly patient, honest, and straight-up with me from the start — absolutely no B.S. Even with my less-than-perfect credit, he never pressured me or brushed me off. Instead, he stuck with me, kept working the options, and made sure we found the right vehicle, the right deal, and the right financer. That level of commitment is rare, and it made a huge difference. I ended up in a 2018 Subaru Forester that fits me perfectly, and I couldn’t be happier with how things turned out. For context, I previously bought a 2015 Forester here back in 2020 — sold by Brett (who I hear is now in finance) — and that car treated me incredibly well, almost reaching 250k miles before I finally traded it in. That long, positive experience is a big part of why I came back. The finance team this time around was amazing too. They worked hard on my behalf, explained everything clearly, and made sure the numbers truly worked for me. And the service center took great care of me as well. I came in about a week after the purchase, and they handled a couple of rock chips in the windshield and removed a locking hitch pin for the spare tire setup — all at no charge. That kind of above-and-beyond support really stands out. This is my second Subaru from Treasure Valley Subaru, and once again the whole team proved why they’re my go-to dealership.
