  Treasure Valley Subaru for the win! 🏆 Where to start? My family needed a new car ASAP, and we were contacted almost immediately by Dally after submitting an online request. Sam set us up with an appointment that same afternoon, and we were greeted by a truly wonderful staff. We worked with AJ, who was personable, friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and supportive. There were no high-pressure tactics or runaround. AJ took us on a test drive—including the off-road track—to show off the Ascent’s features. We were impressed and sold! We received the exact deal we came in for, and JP walked us through the financing options clearly and thoroughly to help us choose what worked best for our needs. Overall, it was an outstanding experience—10 out of 10! We would highly recommend Treasure Valley Subaru and their amazing team for your next car.

  We had an amazing experience at Treasure Valley Subaru! AJ was our salesperson and he did a fantastic job. He was incredibly knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and made the whole process feel seamless. We never felt pressured, just genuinely supported. We also worked with JP in finance, and he was equally great. He walked us through all the warranty options in a clear, low-stress way and really helped us choose what made the most sense for our family. Overall, we’re so happy with our new Subaru Ascent and the exceptional service from both AJ and JP. Highly recommend Treasure Valley Subaru!

  HUGE thank you to Fernando & sales manager Jake!!!! At the beginning of the year, I had to find a new car and went to treasure Valley Subaru Nampa to find a new vehicle. I found a used car that we thought was going to be perfect for what I needed and pricing and everything was great. Unfortunately, the car began to give me problems. Every time I had to go into the shop to get it taken care of they gave me a loaner car so that took the stress off of trying to find rides or get a rental car. I’ve never been taken care of like that before, and that was a massive plus. Tyler was who I worked with for all my car problems!!! Highly recommend as well he was very honest, understanding and made sure to keep me updated and answer all my questions quickly. My car then went out and when I was notified of the problem, the massive cost of the fix etc, I felt stuck. All I was needing was something reliable & because of this unexpected turn I was stressed out and worried about what to do because I just got the car from the dealership 7 months ago. I met with the sales manager and he was kind and promised he would make sure I left with a reliable working car. I worked with Fernando and he took me through multiple cars. I trusted him because he was very knowledgeable on all the specs, features, and things that went along with the vehicles. He helped me choose the best option and ended up staying 2 HOURS past closing time to make sure that I got everything done right! The manager kept to his word and made sure I did leave with a reliable car.It’s more than I could’ve ever asked for and I’m sooo thankful that this team at Subaru made sure I was going to get the best service because they really do care!!

  I want to give a big thank you to Paul (tech specialist). We purchased our Forrester last year and recently had our garage door opener installed we called and made an appointment with Paul. He came to the house and programmed both the openers to open by push button. Paul also helped solve a few other issues we had with our gps. Paul made sure all our issues were solved. He did this for us on his way home even though he lives in Kuna and we live in Star the opposite direction. He is extremely helpful and obviously knowledgeable because he answered all our issues and only left after all our issues and concerns were answered and solved. Many thanks to Paul for caring. I recently had knee replacement surgery so it’s still hard to get around. Please give Paul a raise, he is well worth. 😁😁😁
