Do not recommend this dealership. They clearly do not value their customers’ time or show basic courtesy. I called ahead to ask about the availability of a specific vehicle and was told it was still available. They scheduled me for an appointment later that same day to come in and purchase it. Because of this, both my dad and I took time off work and drove over an hour and a half to get there. When we arrived, we were told the vehicle had already been sold earlier that day. No one ever called or texted to let us know it was no longer available, even though they had scheduled the appointment with us. This resulted in a completely wasted trip and lost time from work. What was even more frustrating was the lack of accountability. Instead of acknowledging the mistake, they immediately tried to pressure us into looking at and purchasing a different vehicle. Overall, it felt like they were only focused on making a sale rather than respecting their customers’ time. Very disappointing experience.

I needed to get into something not out of my price range, reliable for me and my son. I reached out to Treasure Valley Subaru and they came back with a better car than I was looking at came in test drove it and it was amazing. The salesman Shay knew everything about it. As soon as I got here, he had all the paperwork printed out and was very kind. Melvin and Rob helped me get into a car today that’s safe for me and my son and I couldn’t be more happy with this place. I would definitely recommend it to anybody that is looking for an easy process to get into a car. This is definitely a place I will be back to when I need another vehicle.

I had a very disappointing experience with the Subaru service department in Meridian, Idaho. I dropped my car off on a Sunday and was told the next day that it needed $10,000 in repairs—an astronomical amount I never expected. When I asked for details, their explanation was vague and didn’t add up. I went to a trusted local mechanic, a family friend, who verified that only one small issue was actually wrong with the car—a cracked exhaust manifold. Their quote? Just $1,100. The dealership falsely claimed multiple problems—engine leaks, turbo issues—none of which were real. I felt completely taken advantage of, as a young woman who wasn’t familiar with car repairs. In the end, this was a simple, affordable fix, and I regret trusting the dealership. I would not recommend their service.

Giving 2 start cause we absolutely love our Subaru. They are awesome cars. Last may-ish we came in for an oil change and to have our interior lights check out because they all went out suddenly at the same time. Doesn't seem like a big deal. Until you have to pull out a carseat at night and its so freaking dark. Originally we were paired with Ben in the service department. And our experience was fine. They couldn't figure out our interior light situation when we picked up our car. Ben said he'd reach out to other people and see if we can can get it fixed. We called him 3 times. And never called us back. Then life got busy and Now today its February almost a year later. Were back a Subaru service. Called a week before to make an appointment to get regular services done and to get out lights looked at at our adaptive headlights. So because they didnt resolve our light issue back in May we have to pay them over $100.00 can't remember the exact price. Maybe $150. To have them fix the light problem they were supose to fix back in MAY. Anyone recommend a decent auto repair shop that can actually fix the problem the first time and not have to make you pay when they never fix it the first time...

I had quite an experience with TV Subaru. I was working on a deal with LHM Subaru for a forester and talking to TV Subaru about an outback. It seemed like LHM was gonna give me a better deal cause they offered to sweeten the deal with a maintenance package for 2 years. I hit up TV to see if they could do the same and was told NO, so I was working on getting a ride to LHM. I then got a call from a man named JP at TV Subaru and he asked what it would take for me to go with them. I mentioned that LHM had offered a maintenance package and that ultimately was gonna make me feel more comfortable about buying the used vehicle and so that is why I wanted to go with them he told me to hang on for a couple of minutes And he would call me back, so when he did call me back he said that someone had talked to someone who had talked to someone and they were going to Match LHM Maintenance package. I did want the outback Cause it had a more affordable payment so I told him all right it’s a deal if Treasure Valley Subaru then I’ll go with you guys, so yesterday they sent someone named Santino to pick me up so we could make it all happen, which I thought was really kewl. Santino took me too the dealership and we chatted about stuff he took me on a test drive in the outback and everything was looking good. Then came the final approach when I went in the lil glass room to sign everything… as soon as the door closed the dude who was there was like “ehhhhh so we aren’t gonna do the maintenance package”. Every thing kinda became a blur at that point sitting out In Nampa a place I hardly ever go to in a situation of being stuck out there with out a ride or sign shit so I could drive home. So I signed them and drove home. But what kinda business practice is that? What kinda transparency is that? What kinda multimillion dollar company BS is that? What a way to make someone feel like crap. Anyways I’ll go to LHM when I’m ready for a new rig next time cause yesterday was a nightmare and I hardly can feel happy about my purchase. This wasn’t an issue with the sales agents I don’t think…. This was all MANAGEMENT. Santino and Caleb my sales guys were awesome. Edit: AFTER POSTING THIS REVIEW, I GOT A CALL FROM TREASURE VALLEY SUBARU AND THEY DECIDED TO HONOR THE TWO-YEAR MAINTENANCE PLAN.
