  Well that was an experience 🤦‍♂️ initially, I called them on Thursday night making sure if I brought my vehicle in Friday morning they would be able to get the tires on, because I was leaving town Friday afternoon. I was assured that they would be able to do it without an issue and have me on the road, as I showed up Friday morning I noticed the staff were very unwelcoming and appeared not ready to be working for the day. After a little bit, my truck was finally pulled in and what followed was a very over extended wait time. Once the truck was finally done, I paid, got back in my truck and was happy to be on my way. As I started driving and got on the freeway I felt the vehicle shaking both front and rear, indicating that the balance was off, as soon as I arrived home getting out of the vehicle to call them I heard a hissing sound and discovered one of the tires was leaking from somewhere, so I called them on both issues and was told to bring it in and they would take care of it, so I did so it turns out they had broken one of my tps Sensors upon installing the tires so that and the balancing issue was fixed, supposedly, when they were done and I was assured it was all good I got back in my truck and drove away noticing that there was still a vibration in the rear of the vehicle, as I got home I then inspected the wheels finding that they completely tore the bead of a tire well mounting or dismounting it to fix the sensor they broke in the first place. I then called them about this issue, I was told to send pictures of the tire and we would go from there, I never heard back from them in any way about this. On that same wheel, there is also a spot where I am assuming the tech slipped with the impact wrench and scratched that wheel pretty bad. After not hearing back from them, I chose to buy a new tire and take it to them Saturday morning, so I could have them install it and speak about what we could do about the one they damaged, apparently they are closed Saturday so I drove to another tire shop, I had that tire shop replace the damaged tire with the new one as well as rebalance all of them, each wheel was 1.5 ounces or more out of balance from when they put the tires on initially. come Monday I called Gill‘s, and spoke with the manager. I was reassured they would reimburse the tire and I emailed them a copy of the receipt for it, as well as all the information they asked to do the reimbursement. This was approximately a month ago and I have heard nothing from them whatsoever not one answered email, even when asked to touch base about what is going on, I get no response at all. I would highly recommend taking your vehicle somewhere else that puts more quality and control into the people they hire and who they let work on your vehicle, somewhere that takes pride and accountability for their work that is long-standing in the community. This place seems to be full of False promises due to damages and issues they cause. None of us should have to worry about our vehicle safety for ourselves or loved ones that we carry in our vehicles, then neglect that was shown toward the vehicle itself and the way it was handled is truly very unprofessional and unfortunate at the same time. Please take your vehicle to a more credited place That will treat it fairly and not risk you or your vehicles safety, there are enough misfortunes due to traffic accidents that the quality of work we have done on our vehicle should not put us farther in harms way, avoid this shop at all cost and take pride in quality work on your vehicle, our safety is worth it.

  Good for nothing Mechanic didn’t torque down the bolts, so a couple fell out and my skid plate was just flapping in the wind. They also under filled my oil!

  David and his crew were amazing, came in for a flat repair and found out tire was not reapairable, ugh! But David got me right in and and got his guys on the job!!! Needed new tires anyways!

  Got a flat on my rental car on the morning that I needed to drive 300 miles. They fixed me up very quickly and they were so pleasant. Definitely recommend.

  Very respectable service when I came in. Honestly I felt really good about how they took care of my vehicles many problems and worked with me on how to maintain it. Will be coming back to this location for future auto services and will be recommending them to my friends and family. 5 stars.
