Service at drop-off (Thurs @ 5:30 pm) was slow. There was only 1 person working the counter at drop-off (2 at pickup), with 8-10 standing around waiting for their cars. 1 lady even came in directly from booking her car and the counter person nicely said it was a mistake, there were no cars. Reasonable price here. I've used this location once a year for 15 years and it's about the same.
