I didn't know how and the crews were on so tight I couldn't have gotten them loose. I will definitely use them again. Thank you for great service!

I bought battery terminals and used self-checkout. And it was acting up where I couldn't put my rewards number in. And so they weren't able to look me up. My package was never opened as I couldn't use it. So I ended up showing him my bank statement. He said he still couldnt. I even told him where I got the batteries in their store without even going over in that location. Really disappointed but I threw it away in their garbage can right in front of them. As I have no use for him. I have no doubt they'll go grab it out of the garbage can and put it back in their shelves.

One was an AC condenser which cost me $300 to charge and left be broke down so I had to tow to a shop to repair and left me $1200 poorer. I asked Autozone for some help with these cost and was told they'll get back to me, twice. 9 months later, still no word.

Left me with some kid who absolutely knew nothing about cars or diesels. Simple fuel filter that has been the same for since 2017, and the kid made it like rocket science. Then acted like I was an inconvenience. Never go to this AutoZone, especially don’t deal with anyone who’s not in a red shirt. Went to O’Reilly’s out the door in five minutes.
