- RSRachel SchneiderApr 4, 20262.0We’ve been going to this car wash for 3 years and when it changed ownership a while back it started to go down hill. No more stickers for the kids, and they’ve sped up the wash and are using less product to wash. The car isn’t getting clean anymore. I went through this afternoon and my back windshield looks like this right after getting out. I didn’t used to have to dry my car every time but then I started to notice more water being left on it because it was sped up. Now there is practically no product used and then the final rinse isn’t even rinsing and I’m not getting dry either(let alone clean). What a mess. I wish they’d never sold.

This was the second time this happened.Jayden(I apologize if I misspelled your name) Jayden walked up to me with a smile and happy attitude. He listened to my entire situation that I just shared without making excuses, no interruptions, not putting the blame on anyone else. He took the time to look into it AND fix the issue. It was a sticker that needed to be updated and changed. He was a joy to talk with, personable and replaced the sticker. You need more employees like Jayden. He appears to like his job and the people he helps. I hope you appreciate this employee by letting him know he is one of a kind. Thank you Jayden. Five stars for Jayden.
