  This pains me to write. I’ve been a supportive member of this carwash for 10+ years. I had a few cars on my membership as well. I loved my carwash. A few months ago, “the tire shine” started leaving black residue all over my rims. Takes me 20 minutes to clean my wheels after the carwash cleaned my wheels. I asked the crew to turn the tire shine off on my account. I was told they had done that. This week, the “tire shine beater bar” hit my wheel with force, taking two large chunks out of my wheel. It shook my whole car. I got out and immediately noticed the damage. I reported it to the MOD, he told me they would look into it and open a claim. I was called 3 days later and they denied that their equipment damaged my car and told me it was curb rash. They won’t let me view their video of the damage but it’s pretty clear a circular rotating object struck my wheel and left damage and a lot of black residue with it. As a business owner myself, I can’t believe Mister carwash would throw away our 10 years of business together over a $350 wheel. It blows my mind. I obviously cancelled all my memberships and my friends and family will as well. This cost them so much more than $350 bucks. What a horrible decision to make as a business. Oh well. For some reason I can’t post the photos to show you how obvious it is that the carwash caused the damage.

  A great damage causing car wash 😒 One of their brushes ripped a side emblem/trim piece off of my car, snacking it against my car causing damage all the way from the front of my car, all the way to the back. I was only able to speak to the assistant manager who, days later, told me over the phone they would not cover the damages. I'm still waiting for their formal response in writing, as promised, and it's been a week since the incident. Mind you, my car has been through numerous different car washes with no issues. My insurance rep told me there are so many claims like this that car washes don't cover and essentially suggested not going to an automatic car wash anymore. At home car washes only for me and I suggest everyone do the same. Shame on them. 👎

  Better car washes for the same price. I was shocked when I went to clean the inside of the car and they don’t offer towels for all the water the blowers don’t remove. Also nothing to clean floor mats with. Cobblestone has a floor mat washer. For $22 you’d think they could give you a cheap towel.

  For the past year, I’ve gone at least 1-2 times per week and can honestly say the staff is so attentive, kind, and structured. I love this location because regardless of what time I go, it’s not back to back vehicles piled through the car wash. The facility is very well maintained and always a great experience! although my husband wanted me to switch to Cobblestone in Star, I couldn’t make the jump. Mister car wash just makes my routine so effortless and simple! I also love that I can request a touchless wrap. Thank you, Ten Mile Mister Car Wash!
