- ALashley loweMar 1, 20265.0I got in a wreck 3 months ago and originally took my jeep to a different shop (won’t name names) but they messed up my jeep EXTREMELY bad. After going back and forth with the other shop I brought my jeep to point S and they took so much time doing inspections, test drives, even test drives with me so I could personally explain what I was feeling, and took their time going over every little thing to make sure everything was done right. Their communication with me during the entire process was like no one else’s! They texted me with updates, called to make sure I was in the loop with everything. They truly went above and beyond and made sure my jeep was even better than before. And when I went to pick it up we did another test drive and they explained everything they did in a way I could understand (because I’m just a girl) I appreciate everyone that took the time to fix it, I know it was not a easy task. But you all did incredible and no other shop will ever touch this jeep. They will be doing all the work from now on! Also want to personally thank Jason he really went above and beyond and even came in on his day off to make sure I was happy with everything and explained everything so well.
