  Great service and speed, I showed up an hour before close, they got me in right away and I had my oil changed in less than 20 minutes. I've been going to Valvoline for oil changes for years and they're always consistent. Very friendly and helpful staff at this location.

  The team we very helpful with teaching me about what was needed for my car with out being that salesman pushy like I've got from other companies. They were informative and polite while also being quick. Would definitely return to this location again and again for my cars needs.

  I’m not usually one to leave reviews, but I had such a great experience with Brice and his team! I usually do my own oil changes, but I was overdue and in a rush, so I decided to give them a shot and I’m really glad I did. Service was quick and professional! Brice is the MAN! Brice mentioned the usual add-ons, but he wasn’t pushy at all. You can tell he is proud of the work he does, which I really appreciate! I would recommend asking for Brice if you want 5 Star Service!   They did not properly re-attach the splash guard and it fell off when I was driving the next day. Additionally, they checked my engine air filter but I opted to not have them replace it. When I checked under the hood, the engine air filter cover was also not screwed down and was just sitting in place. Seems to be a recurring theme and a lack of care for things so simple.

  I had a disappointing experience at this location today. Vitaliy was short-tempered and impatient during my oil change. After greeting me and letting me know the wait time, he walked away without giving me a chance to respond. During my oil change, he apologized for the wait time (to which I responded I was more than happy to wait), then told me that he was frustrated about having to fix a mistake caused by another location. Unfortunately his tone and attitude remained unprofessional and short throughout the remainder of my service. I’ve been a loyal customer of Valvoline for a few years now because the employees are typically friendly and helpful, so this interaction caught me off guard. I also want to mention that Brice was very kind and professional, and reminded me why I continue choosing Valvoline.
