This was the second time this happened.Jayden(I apologize if I misspelled your name) Jayden walked up to me with a smile and happy attitude. He listened to my entire situation that I just shared without making excuses, no interruptions, not putting the blame on anyone else. He took the time to look into it AND fix the issue. It was a sticker that needed to be updated and changed. He was a joy to talk with, personable and replaced the sticker. You need more employees like Jayden. He appears to like his job and the people he helps. I hope you appreciate this employee by letting him know he is one of a kind. Thank you Jayden. Five stars for Jayden.

- SMShane ModicaJan 19, 20261.0ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK!! Drove my stock, Jeep Wrangler Rubicon through the wash & within a few feet into the car wash. I heard a bunch of loud smacks on my windshield as the brushes were spinning along it and then a big crack went all the way through my windshield. When I exited I went straight to the manager who filed a claim & he said that they should get back to me within 24 hours? I’ve never heard anything back so I contacted them. They said it was never filed correctly so I had to refile & wait another 24 hours well they never contacted me again so I had to contact them and then they denied my claim saying that I had aftermarket accessories on my jeep which I did not.
