Yesterday, I accidentally vacuumed up an item in my car that is valuable. I understand that’s my error, but I asked if they could let me look in the vacuum bin. I was told no. They said they empty the bins each night and they would look and give me a call. Took my information. I went back this morning and the person I spoke to said he closed last night and was never told there was a missing item. He also said they could have shut off the vacuums yesterday that the sections are able to shut off independently. I tried contacting the manager via their website and haven’t heard back yet. I doubt they will do anything to make this right. I am so disappointed in this experience I’ll be going to a different car wash from now on. **the link you provide DOES NOT have direct contact info. This is further a bad sign that you do not care about customers.
