  Mike went above and beyond. I pulled up thinking I had a membership, and he kindly let me know it was actually for a different car wash. Instead of making me back out of the line and leave, he graciously covered my car wash himself. He was incredibly kind, understanding, and handled the situation so generously. That small act completely changed my day and is exactly what great customer service looks like! I’ll absolutely be returning because of this interaction alone. Mike deserves recognition for the way he represents your business. His professionalism and kindness did not go unnoticed. I hope he receives the accolades he deserves.

  I’ve used just about every other car wash in the valley and stopped by Mister Car Wash out of convenience that day. I was honestly surprised to see higher prices with fewer options than what I’ve paid at other locations. When I pulled into the tunnel, it was noticeably shorter than other washes, which immediately made me question how thorough the wash would be. Afterward, I parked at the vacuums and was really disappointed to find there were no complimentary towels available. I drive a soft top Bronco and rely on towels to soak up the water that drips from the fabric onto the windows. That’s when I also noticed how poor of a job the wash actually did! My wheels and windows were still just as dirty as when I arrived (see photos). I saw the sign about purchasing towels for $1, grabbed four quarters from my console, and went looking for the office. There isn’t one nearby, so I had to walk around the building and through oncoming tunnel traffic to find an employee. He told me they don’t accept cash and you have to use a card to buy a towel. My card was back in my vehicle, and there was no signage explaining this. I wasn’t about to walk all the way back around again just to pay for a towel. The whole experience felt like a waste of money, time and was unnecessarily frustrating and disappointing.

  I live in Caldwell but work in meridian, I am always greeted with smiles, great and fast customer service. I highly recommend the platinum wash it's fantastic, vaccums work great and always clean all around the property. Very satisfied and highly recommended

  I changed to four stars because one thing really did concern me it's the first time that a vehicle was allowed in after me so close I wondered if the machines would be able to work between the two of us and I was nervous during the whole process.
