  A great damage causing car wash 😒 One of their brushes ripped a side emblem/trim piece off of my car, snacking it against my car causing damage all the way from the front of my car, all the way to the back. I was only able to speak to the assistant manager who, days later, told me over the phone they would not cover the damages. I'm still waiting for their formal response in writing, as promised, and it's been a week since the incident. Mind you, my car has been through numerous different car washes with no issues. My insurance rep told me there are so many claims like this that car washes don't cover and essentially suggested not going to an automatic car wash anymore. At home car washes only for me and I suggest everyone do the same. Shame on their unethical practices, lack of morals, and damage causing car wash. 👎

  Better car washes for the same price. I was shocked when I went to clean the inside of the car and they don’t offer towels for all the water the blowers don’t remove. Also nothing to clean floor mats with. Cobblestone has a floor mat washer. For $22 you’d think they could give you a cheap towel.

  For the past year, I’ve gone at least 1-2 times per week and can honestly say the staff is so attentive, kind, and structured. I love this location because regardless of what time I go, it’s not back to back vehicles piled through the car wash. The facility is very well maintained and always a great experience! although my husband wanted me to switch to Cobblestone in Star, I couldn’t make the jump. Mister car wash just makes my routine so effortless and simple! I also love that I can request a touchless wrap. Thank you, Ten Mile Mister Car Wash!

  Ummmm, you have to pay them $1 just to get a towel?! How ridiculous. With all of the competition around, who offer everything they offer PLUS access to towels to dry off your vehicle, it really makes no sense to go here! If the car wash dried my car 100% I could understand, but it doesn't. I'm irritated I paid for a membership. I will be canceling and going to another place. It's unfortunate, because the location is extremely convenient for me.
