When I arrived at the location on the day of, they didn’t have a car that would work. The employee said they had checked for the size I needed the night before and did not find one between Twin Falls and Ontario. I’m wondering why they just started the search after calling me to confirm. The employee also claimed they had tried to call me that morning to let me know. No missed calls, no texts, no emails. I had to book another car at the airport which was 250 more, not to mention that I took an uber there and had to get another to the airport. To add insult to injury, I also had to cancel my son’s orthodontist appointment. No apology, no offer of any future discount, nothing. Terrible customer experience.
