  Went in and greeted by friendly staff Jeremy in finance was great and funny Bradley my salesman was great. I had a bad experience with one of their competitors and everyone I dealt with at camping world went above and beyond very pleased with my purchase and the staff

I would like to sincerely recognize Jim Dorsey from the Camping World Meridian, Idaho location for the outstanding service he provided in facilitating my recent purchase through the Bend, Oregon store. Having purchased four different RVs over the years, I can confidently say that this experience set a new standard. Jim’s professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail were exceptional from start to finish. He ensured the process was smooth, transparent, and well-coordinated between locations. This transaction was by far the best RV purchasing experience I’ve had, and I truly appreciate the effort and care that Jim and the team demonstrated throughout the process.   We just purchased our first camper and highly recommend the team at Camping World. Mr Dangerfield listened to what we wanted and found the perfect camper within our budget. From finding a camper, to signing the final paperwork, the entire team made it stress free!

  Absolutely horrible experience. We bought a used trailer, we were charged about $10,000 extra for a “detail” and repairs before we took it home (which we were not informed about until we were signing the finance papers). When the day to pick it up did come around (they had two full days to work on it) they were about an hour late for our appointment. It was 5:30 PM and they didn’t even have the trailer ready, so we had to pick it up the next day. There was also zero integrity from the staff, they always had to ask their higher up for permission and it usually took them 20 minutes each time they had to do so. We finally get the trailer home and over the course of a few weeks we have found several more issues. The “detail” was lacking, we had to go through and clean the whole trailer ourselves. The vents and stovetops were still full of debris that could’ve easily caused a fire if not checked. Some pipes were leaking and there are holes in the skylight covers. These things were supposed to be replaced and were PAID to be replaced. I’m honestly appalled this was allowed to happen. I don't recommend anyone purchase a trailer from any Camping World.
