- LALeonardo AguilarNov 11, 20251.0On sunday 11/09/25 i bring back used oil for recycle, and they always take it without problems. They even keep the trash and they're not supposed to. That's something that I do not know. Anyway, I have an issue with this guy in the picture he always have an atitude with customers, the problem was the empty bottles, he wanted me to take it with me,he was right, I was wrong. I asked for his name so I can make a report. or comments about this store. and of course.He gave me a fake name he claimed to be elvis, but his real name is Josh. I find out the next day. So next morning 11/10/25, I called to the store and I make the comment and the manager told me that I have to take my trash, like I say the guy was right and I was wrong.So I went back to apologize on monday 11/1025 to the guy. I walk in 7 PM to the store, and there was one guy upfront taking care of customers. And And he was on the bathroom i wait for him. until 7:22. That's when he got out of the bathroom. I apologize, and I ended up getting a treat. he told me to erase the picture or he will press chargers. The only reason I take a picture is because I knew he was lying about his name, and I was right. In other words, he is not a good employee.

He said "Josh could" but then Josh came out with "it depends what vehicle etc etc." legitimate response so far, but when I replied with a smile "if I can do it anyone can", he looked me straight in the eye and with a very serious (not to say aggressive) tone said "I'm not you and I'm not taking responsibility for your vehicle!" I told them I'll take my business elsewhere and that Josh should be a little kinder to customers. I'll go to O'Reilly's or Napa on this one.
