  Some of these folks that work there need to be more attentive when checking batteries or codes. I have a 2014 F350 super duty and he asked if it was a gas or diesel engine 🤔 Not impressed

  I came in trying to winter use my car today and Juan helped educate me on a lot of stuff about dealerships and basic car knowledge it was really helpful. I will definitely be coming here only thank you

  Lance helped me purchase some new windshield washer blades for my Subaru. He installed them and made sure they were the correct size and functioned appropriately. He had an excellent attitude and was very kind.

  Store was clean, the gentleman I spoke to immediately greeted and helped me find what I was looking for. They didn’t have the exact product I wanted and made a suggestion for something very similar. It worked great!

  I bought a starter from this location on May 17th 2025. I had it go out completely less than 7 months later on December 7th 2025. I called them to check that I had a warranty on it, and I have a one year warranty. When I called I spoke to a woman named Kim that said I could come in and grab the replacement, I said I had to go pick my Mother In Law up from her work, as I was borrowing her car, and then I would go get it. She said that was fine and that was that. When I went in to get the replacement starter, the man I spoke to was taller, wearing an autozone hat, had a blonde mustache and goatee and I believe was wearing glasses. I unfortunately did not grab his name, but I wish I had. When I told him that I was coming for the replacement, he asked if I had the first one with me. I said no as I was told I could just come get it. He then told me that without me bringing it in, I would not be given the replacement, as they can't test if the starter is actually done for without it. He did not ask for any information to look at my profile, and when I told him Kim said I could just come get it, he said no. He again said that he would give me the replacement if the first one was brought in and tested. Because of this my car sat in a Mo'Bettahs Restaurant parking lot for two days. I sat in that parking lot for 2 hours this morning, December 9th, removing the previous starter to take it in. When I did, no testing was done on the starter and the manager looked confused when he overheard me describing my conversation with the man the night previously. Not only that, despite the fact that they sold me a faulty starter, they are not renewing my warranty on this starter. If at all possible, I plan on not ever going to this location again. Kim and the Gentleman that assisted me this morning were great. But considering not only the lying to me, but the condescending way the taller man spoke to me, I'm not going back. I work on my car myself, I may look young, but I do not deserve to be talked to like a child, and lied to. My family and friends all know about this entire situation and will be avoiding this location as well.
