I'm sorry I don't know the name of the young man working in there at that time. I am an 80 year old woman. He was kind and helpful without making me feel like a fool for going into an auto parts store. He treated me as I'm sure he would any man who walked in. He was knowledgeable but kind and friendly. I avoid auto parts stores as much as possible because I am either completely ignored or treated like I'm an idiot. I was so very pleasantly surprised by this young man. And, the store was very neat and clean and looked well organized.

The gentleman with the cowboy hat who assisted in the complimentary scan and product recommendation was in on his day off, super friendly and helpful. He made a stressful situation much nicer. I didn't get his name but thank you!
- CCCariJan 18, 20263.0So guy behind the counter went above and beyond to help me with a return. Excellent , thank you!! But I'm not convinced he's well versed in general repairs. Suggested new trans because when that part went out on his GM vehicle, that's what was needed. Well my Chevy allows my part to actually be completely replaced. I knew this, but I went derp when I was there, and then got home (walking and hour) re-read my issues and smacked my forehead. He suggested I buy an e-bike and (winter) cut my losses. Not impressed with that, but if I were in my 20's might have considered it. 🤷♀️‼️🤦♀️ Meh!
