  DON'T EVER SHOP AT THIS CAMPING WORLD!!!!! I bought an item from this camping world store. I got it home and it did not work as expected. I tried to return it and get my money back. I had the receipt and brought it back within a few days. I was told that they could not give me my money back and that they would have to talk to the manufacturer. It was a silly $30.00 hand blender that barely blended water after being fully charged. They now have the blender and I don't have the money. Compete rip offs.

  Evan took time to explain, re-explain many of the features of our new ( bought in the fall and stored all winter ) Wolf Pup. He helped sync up our camera to our phones and made sure our many questions were answered. His patience was very appreciated.

  I had a very disappointing experience with Camping World of Meridian and would strongly caution others before purchasing from this location. I purchased a used 2020 Keystone Cougar with the understanding that it had been properly inspected, including the roof. Shortly after purchase, I took the trailer directly to covered storage — it was not exposed to weather or use that could have caused damage. When I later had the unit looked at, I was informed that the roof has significant damage and needs to be completely replaced. What’s even more concerning is that the condition of the roof clearly shows it was never properly inspected prior to sale. It was extremely dirty and oxidized to the point that a real inspection would not have been possible without first cleaning it. Camping World’s own service team documented the damage and produced an estimate of over $13,000 for repairs. Despite this, there has been no accountability taken for what appears to be a failure in their pre-sale inspection process. This is exactly the kind of situation buyers worry about when purchasing used — and in this case, it feels like corners were cut and I’m now left dealing with the consequences. I attempted to resolve this directly and reasonably, but the experience so far has been frustrating and disappointing. If you are considering buying from this location, I would strongly recommend getting an independent inspection — especially of the roof — before completing your purchase.

  Shaun was great to deal with. He answered all of our questions and made sure we knew everything. The day we picked up the camper was kinda a cluster. Everyone was running around in circles. We purchased the starter kit for just under $1,000 as an add-on to our loan. It contained everything like hoses, hookups, toilet paper ect. We got home and immediately started to put our camper all together. Come to find out the septic hose in the starter kit was to long for our little camper:( we immediately messaged Shaun and the response we got was less than exceptable (per management)because we opened the box we were unable to return the hose and we would have to purchase another 1 that fit:( how's that our problem that we were given the wrong 1 and why should we have to buy another 1 after we just purchased the starter kit that should have included everything that fit our little camper. Super frustrated after we just spent over $12,000 (which included the starter kit for Our camper).

  Just wanted to say thanks to the Camping World Team in Meridian! Jeremy, Justin, and PJ provided excellent service from start to finish in finding the trailer I was looking for and making the process quick and easy! Can't wait to start enjoying my RV!
