  Came in for an alignment because the vehicle was pulling to the left and it had where on the inside of the tires but after the alignment the vehicle shimmies and shakes really bad going 65 mph down the highway and it did not do that before.

  My man Raymond absolutely was the most helpful man I’ve ever met. I came in originally just for tires, and they went ahead and did a full scan anyway, at no extra cost, and let me know all the bits and pieces that needed some extra love. Unbeknownst to me there were a few more major problems that I wanted fixed asap. They were able to get me in the vet next day and quoted about a 3 hour fix, not a problem at all. I got a call just barely 2 hours after I had dropped the car off. I’ve never felt more comfortable in a auto/tire shop.

  Don't go here if you're a woman. Honestly I literally feel bad even putting two stars. I had a silver 2001 Acura two-door coupe. I kept hearing creaking and I kept asking them to check my axles and everything attached. I must have asked them seven times to check everything because I kept hearing a creaking. They took my car on four different test drives. And apparently heard nothing but the only place they drove it was the parking lot. Honestly, the only reason I'm even giving them two stars is because they fixed my exhaust leak. And my power steering fluid pump. Eventually it got to a point where I could no longer afford to keep my vehicle and I decided to sell. Lo and behold, less than a week after I sold the vehicle, I got a message from the person who purchased the vehicle telling me that the control arm snapped in the middle of traffic. I should not have to tell a mechanic seven times that something is creaking to be reassured seven times that there is nothing wrong with it. I told them there was a creaking. It didn't have to necessarily be the actual. They should have checked better. This could have killed a small family. And honestly, the guy I sold it to is lucky to be alive because it shot out in the middle of traffic. Moral of the story don't go here because they're not going to take you serious. I've debated making this review for a fat minute. But when I sold the vehicle I was under the impression that it was fixed and that I was aware of every issue with the vehicle because Pura mechanics were the car was in good condition and only needed the exhaust leak fixed and the power steering pump.
