We turned back and tried the ford dealership but being as it was Saturday afternoon they would not be able to help us until next week. We went to the auto zone place on their recommendation. The staff did the code reader diagnostic, told us what was wrong assisted with getting the part and pointers on replacing. It was 98 degrees out and we have small children. They even brought us out water bottles for each of us. Appreciated that extra step!
