  Great and quick service. Very amicable staff and their waiting room is clean and stocked with tea and coffee, tea, hot chocolate and cold water. Very kind.

  The technicians were very helpful and the work was completed quickly. Very nice waiting area. A little pricey but pleasant experience.

  Been going there since they opened in Jerome. I went there yesterday and had an oil change and tire rotation. They said they couldn't get the air filter open because the screws were stripped (they are the only ones who have touched it) and today I have a flat tire. The screws to the air filter are broken off as if they were over tightened and I have no idea how I will repair this! The valve stem cap is missing to the tire. Will be looking for a new place to get my vehicles serviced.

  Don't even think about going there unless you want to pay over $200, for a SIMPLE oil change. the kid working was an extremely pushy guy who would NOT listen to what I had firmly said, and then would keep coming back to ask again and again if I needed to change my wipers.just stood there until anxiety caused me to agree so he would leave .He was informed that they were practically new, and a brand I prefer from experience. He kept going on and on about Their brand, that was superior. Well, somehow they got changed. I didn't want/need my tires rotated,almost time to replace (front wheel dr) MY DECISION, MY CAR, right? Well I got charged for it anyway... didn't notice until after I left. My bill for an oil change on a 2005 car-$204!! What??!!! I pay $100 plus change for my 2022 silverado to be serviced at a nearby place that we always go to, except I wanted to get it done that day, very wrong decision. I went across the street for another errand, and noticed my passenger side windshield wiper extended way past the windshield and the driver side was not even secured, and the "old " wiper was on the roof. I immediately returned, stated that I needed to speak to the person and show them how to do their job, the kid mouths off; " they know how to change wipers" REALLY? I have proof they don't, and I made the same request again, and was denied. The kid tried to take my "old" windshield wiper to" throw it away, but I kept this wiper that had absolutely no wear, tear, intact and very usable, visible proof that he was WRONG, and not trustworthy. So, a very expensive lesson to me, and he's probably skipping down the road with a portion of my social security check, that could have put some food in the house.
