  TEN STARS! To be honest, I normally wash & vacuum at home due to never finding the value of a car wash! This was not the case at Tommys Express. This place actually made it fun to detail my truck. Everything you could possibly need at your fingertips. The staff was great, a manager even approached us to see if we needed anything. They have machines that you feed your floor mats into, and they come out clean. My truck looked beautiful, like we just drove it off the sales lot! We went as a family, and had so much fun! I am definitely a member of the Tommys fan club, and I would reccomend Tommys Express to anyone!

  I used to go to Rocket Express for all my washing needs. When I heard about the Jerome Tommy’s location opening up I couldn’t wait to make the switch. Fast forward about a year now and I can honestly say I have zero regrets with the switch. The folks at the Jerome Tommy’s location treat you like family. Esmeralda has the best can do attitude. I honestly thought she was in charge (manager). That’s just how good that crew is. NO LONG LINE EITHER! 👍

  Update: On Our Experience After Talking With Magic Valley General Manager Yoni September 20th Saturday Night At 7:08pm For 16 Minutes, Was Extremely Understanding About Our Experience, Something You Don’t See Anymore, Made A World Of Difference To Actually Talk To Someone Who Cared About What Happened, Is Why I’m Changing Our Rating To A Five Star ⭐️, Cause It Matters, They Followed Up With Us And Plan On Using Our Review As Part Of Their Training, So Something This Easy Of A Miss Understanding About Using The Vacuum Towards End Of Business Doesn’t Become A Problem With A Super Wash Membership Customer Again. Thank You Tommy’s Car Wash & Yoni. Stopped In Last Night (Thursday September 18th) Right Before They Were Closing, We Left Our Property And Had Hay Stuck All Over Vehicle, So Decided To Vacuum Before Leaving A Mess Inside Wash Bay, (Our $26 Dollar Monthly Members Wash 🧼 Done ✔️), Due To The Hay I Mentioned Earlier, As We Were Almost Finished ✔️ One Of The Employees Approached Both My Wife And Myself And Took Ten Minutes To Try And Rely To Us, Unless We Were Members We Couldn’t Be Using The Vacuum Cleaner, Another Employee Turned Off The Machine And Told Us They Were Closed And For Us To LEAVE!!!!! WOW 😮 How Rude Was That!!! So This Is How You Are Treated As A Six Month Member, Trying To Vacuum Before The Hay Flys Out Into The Wash Bay…. After Reading All The Other Reviews Listed Here, It’s Beyond Clear Tommy’s Wash NEEDS BETTER TRAINING PRACTICES FOR THEIR EMPLOYEES, NOT CERTAIN IF WE WILL CONTINUE OUR MEMBERSHIP WITH THE NEW BUBBLE 🫧 BATH CAR WASH OPENING UP DOWN THE ROAD SOON. NO NEED TO DO BUSINESS WITH A COMPANY WITH ZERO BED SIDE MANNERS!!!!!! I Too Own A Business And Understand What It Takes To Go The Extra Mile, Or Just NOT BE RUDE!!!!!
