  Had a regular oil change. I'm pretty sure it took longer than 15 minutes. The windshield washer tank was completely empty when I tried it the next day. Not a very good first impression.

  Excellent customer service by Joey. Very personable and explained things very well without being “pushy” to up-sale. We did have additional services done as recommended by him. They accommodated both my vehicle and my husband’s oil changes at the same time. Quick and thorough services. The waiting area is very comfortable, with great amenities. Highly recommend!

  Recently had a friend come visit from out of town. He had a brand new truck needing it's first oil change. He called at 9:00am and made an appointment at 12:00pm. We Showed up at 11:45am. It took them 15 minutes to check him in. We went to lunch and returned at 1:15pm. His truck was still sitting in the same spot. When he asked if "it was finished?" They started accusing each other of forgetting about it. We left.
