  I had a great experience at Ron’s Tire & Point S Auto Service and Motorsports. The team was professional, honest, and got the job done right the first time. They took the time to explain everything clearly and didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary, which I really appreciated. The work was done quickly, and the quality was top-notch. You can tell they take pride in what they do. I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend them to anyone looking for reliable service.

  I use these guys for alignments and tires. I appreciate the service I get each time I come in. They are easy to work with and accommodate me every time. It is nice to walk in and feel like part of the team. One day they had a company lunch and they invited me to join them! I have worked with their alignment tech and I like the work he does. He is knowledgeable also.

  I brought my car to Point S Tire for an alignment, and they set the toe way too far in. As a result, my tires were chewed up in a very short amount of time. This wasn’t normal wear — it was directly caused by a bad alignment. When I brought the car back to have the issue fixed, they corrected the alignment and told me they would rotate the tires so the damaged section wouldn’t be visible. They never rotated the tires like they said they would. Not only did their mistake cost me tire life, but they also failed to follow through on what they promised to do to make it right. Very disappointing experience and poor attention to detail. I would not trust them with alignments, especially if you care about your tires.
