  I had a brand new star ID, but it was paper and TSA Idaho Falls wouldn't accept it so we weren't able to board our 10:15 PM flight with my two teenagers and my nephew who has never been on vacation. After a quick look online, we saw that national was open until 11 PM so he hustled over there to see if our trip could be saved. The guys over at National hooked us up with an awesome brand new Jeep Wagoneer and we drove that to our destination instead! The price was right, the miles unlimited, the vehicle was super clean and the customer service, especially upon drop off was amazing-thanks to you sir(I forget your name but am going to figure it out) You took what was an extremely stressful time for us and made it seamlessly easy and just plain better. If I could give 10 stars, I would! Thanks again!
