  I do not recommend this store for services. Recently, young member of my family went in for a basic service and left with upcharges in excess of $350. If you are young and a bit naive, don't go here. Not only do they upsell people on services that are not immediately needed, they do so at unfair and inflated prices. I now know of at least a half dozen other people who have experienced this same issue. It is my personal opinion that at least one salesperson here is dishonest and unethical.

  Best grease monkey I have been too! I usually get pressured by salesman to buy stuff for my car but this time they didn’t pressure and even gave me a flower, cookie, and free soda!!! They know what they are doing!!

  I came to Grease Monkey to get a tune-up and the mechanic found the driver side wheel was in serve danger of breaking loose. It's a great wonder that wheel didn't break and would have caused a bad accident. I couldn't afford to fix it and they said it wasn't safe to drive so Grease Monkey help me get a loan though their loan company. They got me approved for the amount of the repair. I really appreciate the service above what they needed to do. I recommend this shop above any other. Thank you

  Im just like you I hate service your vehicle time, especially when you own a diesel. I decided to go to Grease Monkey on Channing and boy oh boy did I make the right decision first and foremost they greeted you right away they we're very courteous, they found out exactly what you needed and what you wanted. now obviously there's going to be a little bit of a wait but the crew they got in there the crew that got in there today, AMAZING. you know what WAS AWESOME about it there ? There was a lot of females in there, beautiful females and they knew more than the guys I think but the guys knew a lot too.all I know is that it was actualy a good time they're very courteous and made it easy to hand over my money. Britney I think she was the customer service lady Not only was she gorgeous she knew everything she was talking about way more than me. she was funny she double checked everything, explained things in lamens terms, I noticed a couple of drops underneath my truck after they were done, so i pointed it outto her and she literally was on top of it. turns out just had to wipe it off. Also Jake another customer service guy,( the person who explains to you what they offer and price) goes over everything with you and was very astute, and knew what he was talking about. Seriously that crew thats there right now 4/4 @ 1pm at grease monkey on channing is without question the reason why I'll come back. Did I mention the fixed my golf ball size chip in my windshield that literally saved me more than the entire cost of the service. I basically robbed them . GO THERE TODAY AND THANK ME LATER
