  My car was having issues and grease monkey got me right in with no hassle. Nathan and his crew were amazing super friendly, professional, and made my whole process easy. They took great care of my car and had me back on the road they fixed what they could got some bad news but they made sure I had options and what was best for my car I really appreciate the great service and will definitely be coming back!!

  If you go here please red this you need to pay attention. I was there for 56 min for a oil change and tire rotation. They tried to sell me a air filter. Leadership reads these reviews you have cameras. They showed me a air filter that wasnt mine...i knew mine was good. Watch your security videos when i said no the guy walk back inside grabs my real air filter puts it back in my car...i sat in my car the whole time. Why are you taking my air filter out and bringing it inside..they tried to show me a old filter to sell me. When they handed me my bill the cost was higher than i thought. I ask and again you have cameras and audio go look listen. he said your car took more than 5 or 6 quarts so the 50$ special today isnt valid...ok genius....i go here for convienece not cause i cant do it... my car full capacity including spec for oil filter is 5.1 quartz. You did not put more than 5 in. So i told him... and go listen...no it didnt its not possible so he goes back inside comes out.... ow it was cause of the tire rotation.so he didnt know so he lied. Now i said yes to the rotation. But i didnt ask for the price so its all good. I was 15 min over posted time as per whats printed on your walls- dollar off per min. Now go watch your video your tech when he knew he would run over walked over added 5 min onto the time. I have a pic of there clock at 11: 51 over. I ask for the discount and the service tech said and again go listed i know you have audio service tech says....we prefer when you wait inside....yea i bet you do. At this point a lady walks up and asks me if im giving her techs a hard time...alright so ...i paid my bill im not going to hold up a line the lines were long. But in that time i saw. Dishonesty. Deceit,and standoff attitude. So i go somewhere else from now on.

  One of the best experiences getting my oil changed! Just as I pulled out, Amber came out to meet me and got my info. I was in and out in less than 30 min. Before I left they popped the hood and showed me my oil level, and that everything was put back and ready to go. I will be recommending this place to my friends and neighbors!
