    They close at 1130. Man on phone said 9pm. They told me no deposit took my money then at counter wanted 300 deposit. I returned the car with full tank. Before I left the counter I got bill which they add 13.00 for fuel.the lady never went outside to check she automatically added hopefully I wouldn't notice. What a scam of a place

    This is the second time I waited more than 1 hour for a car. A person next to me waited 2.5 hours. They run out of cars, so people just wait until the next one hopefully rolls in. There is a Hertz as well at this airport. I will see about switching to that next time. Two out of three rentals, I waited for more than an hour for a car. The front staff do the best they can with a poorly planned booking system.

    I reserved a premium SUV because I had six passengers and skis. When I arrived the staff said I would have to take a Pacifica or a dodge ram. I thought maybe we could make the Pacifica work with a ski rack- the staff said they do not have ski racks (yet this is a ski destination). I went to the lot to get the Pacifica and there was a Grand Wagoneer right next to it. I returned to the staff and they were able to give me that vehicle. I think what bothered me the most is that they were prepared to charge me the same amount for the minivan as the quoted premium suv price, which was not the case when I was making the reservation. Seemed like a bait and switch. Once I got the right car everything was fine.
