  The cashier was more focused on chatting with a friend than helping customers, which came across as unfriendly. The store itself has a very limited selection, and when I asked about purchasing a lottery ticket, the cashier was dismissive and rude. On top of that, the place wasn’t clean—items were left around the store like nobody bothered putting them away or restocking. Because of the poor customer service and lack of cleanliness, I decided to take my business elsewhere and I didn’t even fuel up.

  My boyfriend grabbed a can of chew here the other night. When he got to his car and opened it, it was completely dried up. He realized it was expired by 3 months, so he brought it back in. The cashier refused to exchange or refund it because “the business wouldn’t make money on it.” I’m sorry, you’re going to sell something expired to your customer and then refuse to exchange or refund it because YOU don’t want to lose money? Terribly poor business model. We’re in Idaho Falls quite often, but we will absolutely not be back to this location. If you sell something that has expired, YOU should take the loss, not your customer.
