The 'manager ' Tom did absolutely nothing to resolve the issue of potentially harming the antenna that is linked to my key fob in which obviously runs the vehicle. I absolutely trust my mechanic over the ignorance of the staff. If they had actually showed up for the appointment which would have taken place with my mechanic a discussion could have taken place and a lot of this could have been avoided. I was given the district managers email, Dave Ross, as they cannot provide his phone number. The customer service representative also submitted a request to speak to this district manager. Today marks the better part of 5 to 7 days to speak to this district manager and he hasn't bothered to call. What good is a district manager if you cannot speak to them? The integrity of this company definitely leaves a big question mark. I would recommend finding a company with higher standards and values you as a customer and not a number for the day.
