- KAKobe AlvarezJan 13, 20261.0I brought my car to Point S Tire for an alignment, and they set the toe way too far in. As a result, my tires were chewed up in a very short amount of time. This wasn’t normal wear — it was directly caused by a bad alignment. When I brought the car back to have the issue fixed, they corrected the alignment and told me they would rotate the tires so the damaged section wouldn’t be visible. They never rotated the tires like they said they would. Not only did their mistake cost me tire life, but they also failed to follow through on what they promised to do to make it right. Very disappointing experience and poor attention to detail. I would not trust them with alignments, especially if you care about your tires.
