    Normally, I love renting from penske, but this time, a few things happened that caused some frustration. 1) Need to update hours in google maps. On my way back to penske, I checked the hours of operation on google maps. It currently says 12pm-5pm Monday-Friday. I show up with the truck at 3:45pm, and the sign on the rental door says 8am-3:30pm. So, I assume that I miss the opportunity to return my truck in person and proceed to use the after hours Dropbox. After speaking to an agent the next morning, turns out the rental office is open until 4pm. 2) Was charged for 2 days of insurance, instead of one. Returned the truck after 24.5 hours of use, and was charged for two days of insurance. Not a big deal, but had to call the office and have them refund the second day. Waste of my time. 3) Over charged for mileage. I was charged for 212 miles, but according to Google and Apple Maps, my exact route should’ve only been about 165 miles. I could understand if the odometer was off by give or take 5 miles, but 45 miles…come on. The guy on the phone said he would have it looked at, but it was more likely that google was wrong. Please. 4) The fuel level noted on the way out said full, when it was actually closer to 3/4-7/8.

    Absolute ROCKST☆RS!!! I was going to mention the techs here by name but after having dealt with a couple i realize that they are ALL just top of the line, best you can get. I can't be more impressed. Nice new clean shop. They fixed problems i never even mention and that a certain other shop would not even address after i mentioned it. If you are otr trucker... breaking down in Idaho Falls is going to get you the skilled repairs you need to keep you alive. I give 10 stars.
