When the work was complete they brought me out into the bay to check that all caps were tight and pulled the dipstick to show the oil was full. I’ve been to Jiffy Lube in all of the western states and that’s the first time any of them have done that . Good Job Idaho Falls!

My truck holds 7 quarts of oil, I brought two 5 quart jugs in with me. 5+4=7 according to these "professionals". I had them pull the dipstick multiple times and they couldn't see it was over filled and couldn't figure out they had put 9 quarts in. I finally got them to drain some oil out to an acceptable level and got the hell out of there. Never going to this location again!
