- CPChris PhelpsOct 23, 20253.0Came in for a oil change and fuel filter change, wasn’t worried about pricing, was told that changing the fuel filter would take some time because they had to pull the inner fender out of the truck to access it, (so they weren’t interested basically) but wanted to service the transmission i guess because they could access it easily, then when he billed me for my oil change and took me to the truck, I asked how the air filter looked and was told, “oh im sure it was fine, otherwise ben would have come told ya” I have been coming to this location for years with lots of different cars, and this is the first time im leaving thinking that maybe I won’t come back, and granted I can understand if they are super busy, but they weren’t, and isnt that your job anyway? World sure has changed
