I am hearing handicap 80 percent loss. I was driving to work about 30 minutes. I shut my hearing aids off when on highway the road noise bothers me. There was a winter hat that fell on the device. I didn't hear it and couldn't see the light. Charged me another $80. I also can't hear there foreign speaking advisors on phone. They are quite rude at times. I will correct this if I get treated correctly and fairly. I did nothing wrong. I was forgiven the first incident after I explained no training on the device. After checking my review and hearing my story I told the review anylyst. He decided that I was forgiven the charges for both incidents. Thank you for listening to me. I will try so much harder to stay within the confines of the rules. I was advised on any maintenance requests.
