- SNSufian NazirDec 2, 20251.0Store 1043 used to be the best store i ever came across out of all the pilots. This store does not want to print manifest for truck drivers specifically the night shift staff. They are all liars and rude to the customer where they will just blatantly lie to the customer saying they never received the email. Now i get that technology can mess up sometimes but it can not mess up two months straight that's when there is an actual problem. This issue has been going on for the last two months where the employees of night shift will just lie to the customer saying either the customer never sent an email or they didn’t receive it. Then when you tell them that the customer has been coming to this location for years and they neve had this issue they employees will just brush it off to the customer making them look like a fool. The employee would come out of the subway section saying she/he will check the email but in reality all they did was gossip at the front desk or fix an isle of chips that never needed to be fixed. If you want my feedback either change the night staff or the night shift needs a reality check that the customers are not stupid. There are better people out there who would do a better job with integrity than this night shift staff. These guys are not worth a dollar you guys are paying them. I wish there was a zero stars i could give this night shift as they do not even deserve the one they got.
