    some lady at this enterprise was VERY rude to some lady and her husband, trying to charge them 3x what they were supposed to pay AND give them a car that wasn’t the one they had reserved. terrible service. literally go to any other car rental place!!

    PRO: Male staffer who was working on 09/19/25 around 1630 hours did a great job of quickly getting us checked-in. CON: The Jeep Compass that we used during our trip is a, generally, all around poor vehicle. SUMMARY: Definitely rent from this location, but if they offer you a white Jeep Compass, ask for another vehicle.

    Edit: I've already contacted corporate multiple times. What is filling out the provided link going to do if corporate hasn't helped? Doesn't that just go to corporate? How many cars have been exchanged at your location in the past week and a half that had a baseball sized indentation in the windshield? We exchanged a white Pacifica minivan on Sep 5th for a black Cadillac SUV. You already have the location as I literally left the review for the location on their page. What started off as a positive experience (Kendric was amazing while we were there) has turned into a nightmare. We had to swap out our original rental because a rock kicked up and left a baseball sized mark in the windshield (I had shards of glass in my lap and all over the floor). They were having issues with their system at the time, so we weren't unable to get an updated reservation with the new car information. We were provided with a direct number and an email address on a business card. I tried calling the direct number and left a voicemail, but no one ever called me back. I also sent an email which was never replied to. Thankfully we never got pulled over. We also left something in the car and wanted to see if we could get it mailed back to us. I even tried calling corporate and the issue was supposed to be escalated and it never was. There were issues with our local location as well. I asked corporate if I could be sent directly to the location to speak to them and they refused to do so. Supposedly the area manager is going to call me in the morning. However, my original call with an escalation was never returned. This entire rental was a nightmare.

    I was given the worst car I’ve ever driven, a Mitsubishi Highlander (which is NOT comparable to Rouge in any way, which is what we selected). You could stand on the gas all day it won’t go anywhere. Additionally, we had to go back and forth over Teton pass and nearly had to have others push us up the hill. When we tried to exchange it out, customer service just kept bouncing us around, no one tried to help and when we got to someone we were told had a rental he was incredibly rude stating he didn’t care what we were told he didn’t have any cars. We were by no means rude or short with anyone, we didn’t deserve the treatment. Especially when we were more than willing to take hours out of our vacation to fix the problem. Wont use them again obviously.
