Not only polite, helpful, understanding and caring, they are definitely exceptional. They pick the perfect car for my drive to back east across the country. Car is made for long runs and great on gas! I'm very satisfied. As for Dover, DE South Bay Rd, Azayah G. was Very helpful and went the extra mile getting me on my way. Instead of waiting for a little machine to check me out, she did it manually. That was exceptionally great employee assistance. Also she has a delightful personality with a sense of humor. Very satisfied with both Enterprise store employees!

My last experience was horrible, set my trip back at least a couple of hours. They asked me for 2 different bills with my address and my name on it. AIR bnbs don't even do that to rent homes. I don't carry around utility bills as almost everything is digital now. It would've been different if they let the customers know that they will need those items. I will no be returning. I highly suggest people start using turo.
