When we were in Idaho, we noticed our tires were not wearing properly. We called Eagle Rock and spoke with Adam. He came out to our campsite and not only looked at our tires, but did a complete inspection on the underneath of our RV and informed us our axles and leaf springs were bad. He knew we were on a tight schedule and got us in the following day, got our tires replaced and started the warranty claim for the axles and leaf springs on our behalf. We are very thankful Adam and the team at Eagle Rock, they went the extra mile on our behalf. Our trip could have been very dangerous without Adams attention to detail and the staffs quick response. We highly recommend Eagle Rock.

We pulled in for gas thinking we were at a traditional gas station . It was 5:15 on a Friday. All the bays were closed. I checked the showroom doors-no luck. Am heading back to the car when the end bay door opens. A guy comes out and I explain my dilemma at which point he says no problem! We have a bathroom.
