I will not give her name due to privacy. However, Alamo has a gem of a representative there. If you visit Alamo at Idaho Falls, which I recommend, hopefully you will get to meet her.

The drop-off experience also had excellent and friendly customer service in Boise. The airport entrance was only steps away from drop-off. I would recommend Alamo for a hassel free auto rental.

But apparently you need a major credit card to actually get the rental. Sounds like BS to me! Never had a issue before in the past 40+ car rentals i have done and this is the first time i used Alamo. So screw this company. There are better enterprises to give your business to!

The only complaint I have is you needed a legitimate credit card your debit visa will not work when renting this car. Your debit visa is supposed to work everywhere that visa works, but they would not accept it. It had to be a legitimate credit card
