  Kagen the salesman did a good job. He showed me multiple different RVs and listened to what I wanted. The technician that did the walk through was very knowledgeable and helpful. I'm very happy with my 2026 Keystone hideout sport.

  Sue Byington is the best sales person I have ever worked with. She went out of her way to provide us information, photo's and details on a trailer we were interested in. We purchased the trailer and had some items added to it. Jesse Green did an excellent job corresponding with me to confirm my expectations and install the equipment. Hands down the best RV Dealer I have ever worked with. Thanks for the positive experience.

  Would not recommend working with this place. Salesman will give you one number and then blame the difference in a huge price hike on the finance guys. I recommend if you do happen to try and work with them, that you read through and get accurate numbers before signing anything. They told us they were doing a trial on some sealant for the outside, we understood this meant there was no charge ( we called and talked to the guy we signed with and he even said himself "ill tell them they need better training on explaining better." Ie he didn't tell us the price) We would never have gotten it if we knew they were charging us the "discounted price" of $1400. They also put on a warranty that we did not ask for that was $2000. We told them we wanted gap only. He even told us when we signed the paper that it was the one for gap only and that we were denying any warranty. They at least let us cancel the warranty that they snuck on but can't get anyone to take responsibility and give us our money back for the sealant we didnt agree to pay for. Most crooked and untrustworthy place to work with. We also called the "VIP" number and they were even worse and less helpful. Management should be ashamed of how they treated us and are putting blame back on us for all their lying. If we were supposed to read between the lines and do the math ourselves before signing (again our fault for thinking we were working with trustworthy people) then they wouldn't need a finance department and wouldn't have liars to try and throw money on loans without people noticing. You can call and leave voicemail and send emails, but don't plan on getting any response to that either.

  I am sharing a serious experience I had at the former Pocatello, ID location. After a routine shopping trip where I purchased items and left without any issue, I was later accused of theft and arrested. No item was ever found in my possession, and the matter was ultimately resolved in my favor. This was an extremely stressful situation and showed how quickly things can escalate based on incomplete or incorrect information. I am continuing to address this through the appropriate channels. I’m sharing this to raise awareness about how serious situations like this can become and the importance of making sure information is fully verified.

  Not sure where to begin with our experience. Started great then was told we cant pay cash, that we have to take out a loan to purchase our van. Then was told that we need the Camp Experience package for $2995. NO, THANKS! We asked several times if the van would have an oil change and was told yes, and it never was completed. And there was a nail in a tire that we were told would be taken care of before picking up. The nail was and is still in the tire. The van was never cleaned out, still has their promotion sign in it. Was told if I had paid $2995.00 the van would have been cleaned. I guess when you pay $52k for a van then cleaning is NOT a given. Customer service is a 1 STAR at best. Sales is a 1 Star at best. And high pressure is a 5 Star. If we hadn't been looking for 6 months for a van that we liked, we definitely would have picked another company to work with. Back to the nail in the tire, this was not okay, letting someone leave your site with a safety issue is a liability on your part. Shame on you! We were told that it had been taken care of.
