  Professional Marine is a great place overall. They have good prices, they don’t cut corners, and everyone knows best they’re doing. They have the best customer service around. Highly recommend!

  I really appreciate Professional Marine. They have treated us right, from our very first service with them. They are transparent in their pricing (I appreciate never being surprised), make good suggestions of what maintenance should be considered, and do great quality work. In addition to regular maintenance, winterizing/summerizing... they've also installed a brand new tower and replaced all the interior upholstery on our boat. Our whole family thought the colors legitimately looked better than new and the quality of install was fantastic! They demonstrate such care and commitment to their work. Truly cannot recommend them enough.

  After having our boat for over 3 weeks, with no communication unless we called, they charged $850 for inspections. They didn’t do the repairs needed and referred us to another shop. You can’t call them directly as you have to deal with AI. They shouldn’t have had us bring the boat in if they couldn’t work on it. So, $850 later and nothing is repaired. My husband was a certified marine mechanic (disabled now), and has never seen anything like this before. Would not recommend. And their handicap parking spots are full with employees so if you are handicapped, good luck.
