  Utilizing Safelite for my windshield replacement was the best choice I made. They came where I was and performed the job in about 1 hour. It did not cost me more for them to come to me. Honestly, they did a great job snd I highly recommend them.

  A total 5 star experience. All people knowledgable & cordial. Rhett drove me back to where I needed to be. He picked me up when the job was complete. Windshield had cracked so replacement needed. Recalibration of all safety features done. Coordination with Am. Family insurance seamless. Thank you so much good people.

  We had a cracked windshield and called safelite to repair it in the Boise area. Joseph was our technician and was punctual, professional, polite and very efficient. We were extremely pleased with his work and will not hesitate to refer people to safelite based on our experience with him.

  Great experience at Safelite on Chinden! The team was friendly, professional, and replaced my windshield quickly and efficiently. A special shoutout to the manager, Darby, who went above and beyond. Excellent service all around. I highly recommend them if you need a windshield replacement.

  They did a great job. I got my front windshield replaced. I did the drop and go option. I was able to drop it off the night before using the drop box, and they texted me letting me know it was ready. My only complaint is regarding contacting them. There was no way to call them to get an update. I tried calling customer service, and it was impossible to get to a person. The automated system just said they will reach out when it was ready. Overall I would 100% recommend them for the work.
