  Staff was friendly and accommodating, though I was about twenty minutes early. However, they didn't have the car type I had requested, even though I placed the reservation three days ago. I felt like that should have been plenty of time to get the correct vehicle on site(is that unreasonable?). But i wasn't in a terrible rush and they offered a car ready and adjusted prices, which I was thankful for. Whoever detailed the car previously missed the empty washer fluid and cleaned the underside of windshield with dirty rag, the smudges were very visible when there's direct sunlight. So let this be a lesson to always double check during the walk about. Otherwise the car was fine, rates were fine, the enterptise site to check current reservation didn't want to load, but that could have just been my phone. Would I come here again? Not unless i have to, but if I do i know the staff will help any way they can.

  Reserved a car a month ago, today they did not have one available. An hour later, they replaced it with a very uncomfortable downgrade and no mention of a discount for the downgrade or the inconvenience of having to leave town an hour later than planned.

  30 minutes late for the "scheduled" pickup, and when we got back to their office there were 6 or 7 them standing around giggling with each other, doing nothing. The car they rented me also has an empty tank gas. This place sucks.

  My spot to rent cars. Had an issue with my Bronco and the all wheel would disengage and thought they would make it right but NOPE. Left a review and it said someone would call me NEVER did.
