Sutherland from Safelite was amazing! His hospitality was outstanding, friendly, good communication, punctual, flexible with options, thorough, and knowledgeable. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Very pleased and happy to recommend again.

This was a great experience. 10/10 - would recommend.
After booking the windshield replacement online which was simple and easy all I needed was my insurance policy number. I received a follow up call from a very friendly local customer service person I asked her to request the tech to come to our house on the early side of the 7am to 12pm service window. She said she would ask. Next day the tech showed up just before 9am which was perfect. Landon was very polite and professional and got right to work and finished the job fast. Overall the experience was great!
Ngl I was pretty concerned about saflite replacing my rear passenger window. First, Darby went above and beyond to make sure everything was good and big shout out to Michael for doing a flawless job. Nothing was ding, scratched or messed up. So if you are particular about your vehicle, they are the ones you want working on it!
Headline: Disrespectful of time and poor "human" support.
Body: I scheduled my entire day around a windshield repair appointment, only to have Safelite reschedule via a vague text at the very hour they were supposed to arrive. Because I was working, I missed the initial text—which didn’t even state it was a "reschedule," only that my appointment was for the following day.
When I navigated their automated system to speak with a human agent for clarification, the experience got worse. The representative confirmed the move to tomorrow, but before I could even reply to voice my frustration or discuss the inconvenience, she disconnected the chat and dumped me back into the chatbot loop.
It is a "double bind" service model: they use automation to avoid accountability, and when you finally reach a person, they shut down the conversation. I prioritize integrity and keeping one's word; Safelite failed on both counts today. Truly disappointing.
