  Exceptional, responsive, professional service. Rental car was clean, like new, and as represented. Jaden provided great service while delivering the rental to the body shop and collecting it from the body shop when repairs were completed. Highly recommend and will use them again, if needed.   Multiple times now I have tried to use this exact enterprise in Garden City. Repeatedly the car is not ready at the agreed-upon time and does not have gas in it. They are unreliable and caused me to miss my commitments. I will not rent with them moving forward.

  I had a rental through Enterprise due to a repair. The manager called me in the morning to confirm my scheduled pickup, but never mentioned that they didn’t have any vehicles available. An employee picked me up from the repair center, and during the drive informed me that there were no cars for me after all. I ended up waiting over 2½ hours before they finally gave me a vehicle — which was extremely small and the only one they claimed to have available anywhere in the area. Because of this delay and the size of the car, I was unable to perform my job duties that night. I’m an event planner, and I couldn’t transport my tables and event materials, which cost me hundreds of dollars and hurt my professional reputation. During my wait, I called several nearby Enterprise locations, all of which confirmed they did have vehicles available. So when the manager said he was trying to get one from another branch, that was clearly not the case, as none of those locations had heard from him. The car I eventually received was also in unacceptable condition — it was dirty, there was food in the seat, the interior windshield was smeared making it hard to see when the sun hit it, and the gas tank was completely empty. Since the rental was covered by my insurance, I wasn’t offered any real compensation other than a promise of free fuel or an upgrade next time — which I typically receive anyway as a frequent renter.
