Only at this point we were told we need 2 US phone numbers. We arent from the US but we are accessible via email, whatsapp or our non US numbers. The girl was insistant so we had to walk back and forth for about an hour with our heavy suitcases looking for a local sim card. 2 different enterprise support people told us we dont need any US phone number to rent a car but the girl was inssistat. She made the whole proccess very tedious and very non tourist friendly. Will never book with this company again.

To make matters worse its Labor day weekend and they were inundated with customers, calls on top of being completely sold out. Michelle literally made a way when there was no way for us! She took ownership of the situation and went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that we were taken care of. I am so thankful for her understanding, and willingness to find workable solutions despite all of the challenges she faced. I was so amazed at how determined she was to fix the problem and come up with a solution that got us out the door and on our way quickly. She is the pinnacle of integrity and leadership and we are thankful for her!
