  I was at your service shop in Eagle, Idaho and asked for the cheapest oil change. When I first drove up, I asked the attendant for “the cheapest oil/change.” Midway through another attendant showed me the price of $125 for my approval, I looked at him and said “I want the cheapest oil that’s not the cheapest oil,” before they put in the new oil. They heard me and still pumped the most expensive oil. I had to pay $125. When I said “that’s the cheapest oil change while driving out,” they looked at me indignantly,” and said, yes.” I will never go back.

  I'm not sure how often I've seen the same team members working any of the times I've stopped at Valvoline for an oil change, but regardless of any new faces, the customer service has always been perfectly lovely. I'm also not sure if/how locations impacts rate of emails sent to Valvoline subscribers or promotions included, but my inbox has never felt cluttered and the majority of emails I receive include pretty solid coupons. The crew at the Eagle, ID location does a wonderful job at making sure customers are in-the-know with whatever services they recommend (before, during, and after) and any products being used. As a young woman, I'm predisposed to feeling a little suspicious towards male automotive professionals and what they might try to upsell or overcharge me - but it's never been much of a concern at Valvoline, and I've always felt respected by the crew. I'm sure my 10+ year old car could probably benefit from some extra TLC, but even still, I've never like products/services are being pushed on me to make a "right now" decision. The location is ideally located for me and stopping by is easy n quick every time. I would highly recommend to anyone in the Eagle area to get their oil changed at Valvoline.

  I consistently choose Valvoline for oil changes due to their professional, helpful, and efficient team. I’ve also referred several friends who now use their services—please keep up the excellent work. these guys are stellar and make it an enjoyable place to stop and have service done on my vehicle.   I went to this Valvoline today off of State and Horseshoe Bend Road in Garden City Idaho. The workers were so amazing! They were communicative, prompt, kind, and very professional. This is a very professional company and we are glad they could take care of us and our needs!

  The team at Valvoline took really great care of my car! The service was quick, efficient, and everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. They walked me through everything they were doing and didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary, which I really appreciated. I’ll definitely be coming back for future services!
