Staff is always friendly and professional, and I like how they take safety and inspections seriously and call things out loud to work on them. Have always had good service and when they do upsell things, they do it in an easy to understand and respectful way. I definitely recommend this maintenance mechanic shop.

Accidents happen but they definitely should have let him know. So if this guy has issues hopefully he can find this review and I’ll be a witness. His license plate had a potato on it.

During my oil change I was offered no additional services of any kind except my air filter. I know I needed wiper blades and would have bought them but it wasn't brought up. I didn't even get air in my tires during the service. The staff member that helped me was probably the manager because his age was significantly higher than the rest of the workers and he was very kind, if I were the owner or the regional manager I would be upset. Lots of money left on the table. Lots of missed opportunities.
