  Been in twice. Love point s in Rigby. Last time I went in I asked for my free rotators for an alignment. They tried telling me they they don’t honor the free rotations on my tires that were purchased at another point S. I also told them I would like to get my tread life $ price out two other sets of tires. No price for the tires. No report on my tread. One of my tires is 10lbs low and the sensors weren’t synced. Crazy that they didn’t want to sell me a $1600 set of tires. Glad that I didn’t have them installed at this shop though.

  Stopped by around noon to get our brakes fixed, and they took us in right away. We mentioned we were trying to make it to a national park, and they really went out of their way to speed things up for us. We were back on the road by about 1:00–1:15, so the whole process took just over an hour. Super efficient service, friendly staff, and fair pricing with no surprises. Everything was straightforward and hassle-free. Definitely a 5-star experience — highly recommend!

  These guys are snake oil. I have a small shop in town and do work on niche imported cars and restorations. Unfortunately it’s time I write this review. Over the years I have had clients bring me cars that Claire and Dee’s had either worked on or done estimates for. I can attest that this shop consistently misdiagnoses simple problems, estimating thousands of dollars of electrical work for something as simple as a an unplugged wiring harness. Recently I had a customer bring in a car who’s been paying for oil changes, and I can now confirm they haven’t been changing oil filters. I have three other accounts I can write up that show dishonest work. If I were you, I’d stay away. There are great mechanics here in the valley that are truly honest people doing good work… but I can’t say the same for this shop unfortunately.

  Got tires put on but it took longer than quoted. They also mounted the tires wrong. They also try to talk you into extra work, brakes, alignment etc.

  I have already paid, gone back twice due to the neglect of your mechanic actually fixing my oil leak. Now, I am stranded over the pass with the same issue that was “fixed.” Terrible service.
