Waited forever and they wanted me and one other guy to switch bays for god knows what reason and could barely communicate with eachother to figure out who should back up first. I would be fired for this level of incompetence at my job. Go literally anywhere else where they don't just hire anyone with a pulse.

I watched you standing under the car in front of me, getting dripped on, yet with an amazing skip to your step attitude!! Thank you for doing the dirty work. Dillon, It was a pleasure having you be so passionate about notnonly your job, but also the fund raising your company does, encompassed with inclusion that those donations support local and surrounding areas, it was a no brainer to donate the $20 towards such a cause, and finally Ryan, you are doing excellent for being new, keep on keeping on, and you will be seasoned as an employee before you know it. - _J_ JRAVEN86Dec 6, 20252.0So the last 2 times I went to this location they did not lube anything they claimed their machine was broke the only reason I knew they weren't lubing was because my father was wise enough to ask they arnt telling you their machine is broke and your not getting a lube. I think there should be a discount do to the back of a full service lube and go which you pay for every time you get a oil change.

No updates, no explanation, nothing to help customers understand why things were moving so slowly. It just felt like there was no sense of urgency from the staff. I get that some days are hectic, but this felt like a complete breakdown in efficiency. By the time I finally got close to the front, I was already frustrated, tired, and honestly questioning why I stayed. I shouldn’t have to plan half my day around getting a simple oil change, especially at a place that prides itself on being fast. My time is valuable, and this visit made me feel like it wasn’t. I really hope this location reevaluates their process, staffing, and communication, because today was by far one of the slowest and most stressful service experiences I’ve ever had at a Valvoline.
