- JBJason BaysOct 24, 20251.0I pulled up to both bays being occupied. I went to the right hand bay (bay2) and was then told by an employee to switch to the left bay (bay 1) which I did. I then sat and waited for over a half an hour with zero contact at this point from any other employees. In the meantime another customer pulled up to the right hand bay (bay2)and waited next to me. 10 minutes later that right hand bay finished and the guy who only waited 10 minutes pulled in for service. Meanwhile I still sat waiting in the left lane that I was told to go to. I had now waited 45 mintutes. Arrived at 9:15 AM and left at 10:10. Also note that bay 1 hand held scanner wouldn’t work and neither did bay 1 credit card reader. Overall not very happy with this visit.

My recent visit to the Valvoline service center, my skid plate was held up with zip ties 'prior' to coming in there was a man that was doing my service put screws in places of the zip ties free of charge and he was very awesome to work with .his name was Brian or byran.very nice guy. Thanks no more zip ties.

After I had waited in line an hour and a half and they had drained the oil out of my engine they told me they were out of synthetic oil. So after having no options I had to settle for whatever option they had. There has to be a better way.
