  This is the store i typically go to, I’m always impressed. They work fast, keep it clean and organized, and better than anything everybody is friendly and welcoming. Every time I’m there I can have a conversation with them and not just sit there in silence and I really like that

  Great service every time I go, I have a pretty difficult car to work on and they make sure to go the extra mile every time, jasper specifically is extraordinary and has great customer service and product knowledge

  The owner competitor coupons. I never see a line at this particular location. They are fast efficient less expensive than Jiffy Lube.

  I would do a lower but it won't let me. I just took my van in to get an oil change and they declined the vehicle saying the drain plug was not good and that they couldn't service the oil because they couldn't guarantee the service. The plug that is in the oild pan is the plug they themselves put in because they stripped out the original plug. They replaced it with a piggyback plug they called it and so I asked well then when will they fix the pan that they broke and he told me to leave or he will call the police. I told him to call that would be great because they damaged my vehicle. He then the (manager) said I was 86ed from the property and walked away telling me I was confrontational and locked the door behind him so I couldn't go in. I asked for the GMs number and was told he wouldn't give that to me either. Do not take your vehicle here they do not know how to treat their customers or their vehicles. They stripped out my oil pan so they need to fix it but they told me tough they aren't going to replace the problem they caused. This is not a place I will ever return to they cost me money for their incompetence.

  Very rude, this company stripped the oil drain plug and said they would make it right. When we brought the vehicle back in to get an oil change and for them to make it right the "manager" (tall skinny guy reddish hair, of course no name tag... but claimed to be the manager) got confrontational with my other half. Then threatened to call the cops and told him to leave the property. My other half was calm in his explaining but the manager took it to another level. So, the broken items from previous are not fixed and we will never take our company vehicles there EVER again. If you want a broken vehicle and rude management.... by all means go here. What a joke
