    My battery never bogged or anything before I took my truck in and when I went to leave it was dead, so they jumped it and told me it would be fine by the time I get home but it was also dead when I got home

    Last week I visited the shop to have a full service oil change. I have been an off and on Valvoline Instant Oil Change customer for years, all over the Western states. On this visit, the technician encountered an issue. A.J. is the manager at this location, and I just want to say that he represents VIOC to the fullest, and I believe he is a strong asset to your organization! A.J. was personable, courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and demonstrated the highest level of integrity that I could have asked for. Not only did A.J. resolve my issue, he has turned me around from a fair weather customer to a loyal one. I will be bringing my future business to this location every time from now on! I highly recommend A.J. and his team at this location to anyone! Thank you A.J., Team and Valvoline Instant Oil Change!

    Stopped at 2 Other Oil Change places and No one wanted to help me out. Then I went to the Closest Valvoline Oil change center to my house. I was immediately met with smiles and several people wanting to help. Jasper and his crew descended on My wife's car. He let me know what services they offered. No pushy sales techniques. I even had a coupon. Once selected the Techs went to work. They were yelling out service levels and confirming jobs were done. I was in and out in 20 mins. I left feeling that I got a complete service with verification that it was done correctly. I will be back with the rest of my Vehicles.
