    Great service and very helpful employees at the CdA store on government way. Had a rental for a few while my car was being repaired from a collision. Employees were friendly and answered all of my questions. The return of the car was quick and effortless. 100% recommend.

    I don't recommend renting from these guys. We rented a car from them they didn't even wash it, so I'm guessing they didn't check to see if there was any Rock chips in the windshield. We drove it for one day. The windshield started cracking and now we have to pay $500 for a new windshield.

    I've had a perfect experience with the coeur d alene idaho (government way) store and the people there. I've had a rental for two weeks even after 3 days to my reservation on the day i was suppose to return my car. The initial pick up experience was perfect even upgraded my car for me. And extending my dates was super easy once i called the actual store to speak to an associate. Took a minute and the process was super easy. THANK GUYS! YOU ROCK! I'LL DEFINITELY BE BACK FOR FUTURE RENTALS!!
